At Kiddie Kisses, your child’s comfort, safety, and hygiene are our top priority. Due to the nature of children’s clothing and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on kids’ clothing items, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Color or style preference
This policy helps us ensure that every child receives brand-new, unworn, and hygienic products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive:
- A damaged item, or
- An incorrect item (different from what you ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
